Orphan Sunday

Tomorrow is Orphan Sunday - a nationwide day set aside to stimulate conversation, prayer, action to care for orphans around the world. Praying that it will do just that in churches and communities all over but mostly for it to continue to resonate in the sanctuaries, halls, classrooms, homes, stores, streets - forever. The thing I LOVE about Orphan Sunday is how it really speaks to people about how they can get involved and how it can truly stimulate hearts through HIS Spirit. Not everyone is called to adopt or in the position to do so right now but that doesn't mean everyone can't be a voice or advocate for those 147 million in need. You don't necessarily have to adopt if God has moved your heart to care for orphans - there are SO many ways! Just be open to HIS spirit and how HE is moving in your life.

in each of our church bulletins tomorrow and I wanted to share it with all of you - practical ways you can get involved but the MOST important is to PRAY, PRAY, PRAY!
